DVD Hits the Big Screen for Literacy Day
“I Love When You Read”, featuring local children, was front and centre in downtown Nanaimo on Family Literacy Day.
As part of the day’s events the DVD was shown on the Port Theatre’s large outdoor screen.“I’m so excited to see our Campbell River shining stars on such a huge screen” say Leah Tremain the director of “I Love When You Read.”
Next up is the DVD titled “I Love When You Count”, scheduled for an early March premiere in Campbell River.
“I look forward to going out into the community and filming more Campbell River children and families for this DVD”, said Tremain.
“I Love When You Count” is supported by both Daybreak Rotary and School District #72.
